Wild swimming in North Wales…
Now that the the weather is getting warmer we are turning our minds to lovely long days out on the hills. What better way to finish your day’s hike than a refreshing dip at one of these incredible beauty spots? We have shared two of our most favourite wild swims in North Wales.
Fairy glen. An amazing secluded gorge situated on the Conwy river, Betws-y-Coed. So refreshing – a whirl of white water – a natural jacuzzi !!!
Llyn Geirionyd. A beautiful spot for a lake swim, this lake can be reached by foot, or by car from Trefriw. It is about 1 mile wide and very picturesque.
